Event underscores company commitment to inclusion and diversity

In 2020, our president & CEO, Kevin Nolan, signed the CEO Action For Diversity and Inclusion. As part of our commitment to this national initiative, we’re hosting a Day of Understanding. 

This virtual experience, available in the video below, features leaders from across the company and outlines the goals we’ve set for our business, the resources dedicated to meet those goals and the investments we’ve made to help build stronger and more equitable communities. 

CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion™ is the largest CEO-driven business commitment to advance diversity and inclusion in the workplace. The initiative features nearly 2,000 businesses representing 85 different industries and almost 13 million US employees.

All participants have been asked to host a Day of Understanding to help address systemic inequities and move the needle in their businesses and communities.
